Soft knowledge in scientific projects

Considerable soft knowledge builds up while we manage scientific projects. Most of this is undocumented for want of methods and practices. Informal and formal discussions, field surveys and procedures, laboratory work and trouble shooting actitivities involve considerable tacit knowledge excahanges that goes mostly unnoticed. Project brain attempts to develop a methodology that would facilitate the capture, documentation and transfer of invisible knowledge in the form of experiences, insights and expertise.
